Delivery
How long does a build take?
Launch Spark and Growth Engine ship in 5–7 business days. Operator Studio and Scale Command take 8–14 business days depending on scope.
What do I actually receive?
A live affiliate portal, a commission rules sheet, a partner welcome kit, and an admin guide as PDF + Loom. Higher plans include additional SOPs and a recorded training.
How do we communicate during the build?
Every order has a built-in chat where you can talk to us in real time. Attachments, screenshots, and brand assets can be dropped right into the thread.
Getting Started
How does the engagement work after I pay?
Once payment is confirmed you’ll land on your order page. You’ll fill out a short intake form (product, commission goals, target affiliates) and use the built-in chat to send anything else we need. We start the build within one business day.
Which affiliate platforms do you build on?
Tapfiliate, PartnerStack, and Refersion are our defaults. If you’re committed to another platform we’ll tell you up front whether we can support it.
Do I need to have an affiliate account already?
No. We can register the account in your name during setup. If you already have one, we’ll work inside it.
Payment & Security
How is payment processed?
Payments are processed through Authorize.Net with PCI-compliant tokenization. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Which cards do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard are currently supported at checkout.
Pricing & Plans
Are these one-time fees or subscriptions?
Every plan on this site is a one-time fee. There are no recurring charges. Your affiliate platform itself (Tapfiliate, etc.) will have its own subscription, billed directly by that vendor.
Which plan should I pick?
If you’re testing the channel, start with Launch Spark. If you have a defined commission strategy and want a branded experience, Growth Engine is the sweet spot. Operator Studio and Scale Command are for teams running ops.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — just buy the higher plan and we credit your prior purchase. Open a chat from your order page and we’ll handle it.
